United promotion hopes hit

 
Daventry United's hopes of accompanying neighbours Town into the top flight suffered a 5th April setback as Rothwell Corinthians completed a double with a 2-0 Royal Oak Way victory. Jason Singh and Sam Johnson gave Corinths the points. Daventry Town drew 1-1 with Huntingdon in a match switched to St Ives, Tom Berwick's 27th goal of the season for Daventry matched by a Chris Caswell reply.

Bugbrooke won for the sixth time in seven games, 4-1 at Sileby. Two Will Briscoe goals and one apiece from John Dawson and Shaun Daly gave the Badgers the points with Sam Scarman replying for Rangers. First half goals from Joel McCormick and Keith Newby gave Buckingham a 2-1 success at Thrapston who replied through Andy Dobbs, while Rushden & Higham were the day's only home winners in Division One, beating basement boys Irchester 3-1 at Hayden Road. Two Stefan Morris goals and one from Jason Kew gave the Lankies the points with Andy Pixton netting a late Romans consolation.
